I have lived in my house for just over a year and recently renewed my lease with MSW Properties as I have been very pleased with my experience thus far. I originally moved in on very short notice and MSW was able to handle all the paperwork electronically which saved me so much time. While living there I've had a few minor maintenance issues that Michael took care

of immediately (usually the same day). When the central A/C unit suddenly stopped working Michael had the entire thing replaced and even paid for a hotel room while it was being installed. It's obvious that MSW truly cares about my family and I can honestly say that my rental house feels like "home". I would certainly not hesitate to rent from MSW Properties again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home to rent.
